The secret of the trick:
In this trick you will need a little sleight of hand. First, collect all the glasses in a stack, and place one ball in the middle glass. Now carefully arrange all the cups, making sure that the ball does not fall out of the glass and remains unnoticed. Thus, you already have one ball under the middle glass. Collect the cups into a tower and demonstrate that the ball is on the table. Now arrange the glasses again: make sure that the audience does not see the ball in the middle glass. Thus, there are already two balls under the middle glass. Repeat all operations until there are three balls under the cup.
