Refunds depend on the product type and whether the issue is covered under our Return Policy.
Digital products
Once a code is delivered or revealed, refunds are usually not possible unless required by law or the product was not as described.
Physical products
If we confirm a manufacturing defect or wrong item within the timeframe in our return policy, we may offer a replacement or a refund to your Gamers Shop wallet / original payment method, as agreed by our team.

Email mail@gamers-shop.net with your order ID and a clear explanation. Do not ship anything back until we confirm.
