In case of manufacturing defects

When you email us, please attach any pictures and videos that help describe the issue. That speeds up the process.

Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed the issue, they will help you with a free replacement or a full refund of the amount you paid, credited to your Gamers Shop wallet (or as otherwise agreed).
