In case of manufacturing defects
If you believe you received the wrong item, or you have issues such as poor fit, damage during shipment, or manufacturing defects — we are sorry for the trouble.
You can send an email to mail@gamers-shop.net within 4 days of receiving the product so we can resolve it quickly.
When you email us, please attach any pictures and videos that help describe the issue. That speeds up the process.
Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed the issue, they will help you with a free replacement or a full refund of the amount you paid, credited to your Gamers Shop wallet (or as otherwise agreed).
